We are local to Haywood County, NC.
Cooking and spending time together near the smoker is our favorite way to enjoy the beautiful days outside! We love to grill and smoke majority of the food we eat in our home. Shane built the smoker, and has been smoking meat for 10 years now. We are always trying new recipes, and always finding new meats to put "Shane's Secret Sauce" on!
We love to make people smile, and nothing does that better than having a good meal on your plate!

We marinate and inject the Tenderloins in "Shane's Secret Sauce". My wife is the only one who knows that secret! After that we smoke the tenderloins over wood heat, Slow and Easy, keeping all the juices in the pork! Chopped to serve.
Dry Rubbed 24 hours prior to going on the smoker, while on the smoker the ribs are "slopped" with "Shane's Secret Sauce". This gives the ribs the perfect glaze! We keep them moist by "Texas Cheating" to keep all the juices in the ribs!
Marinated for 24 hours prior to going on the smoker! Dry rubbed, and marinated in "Shane's Secret Sauce". The wings are smoked over wood.

BACON BEER CABBAGE
Yes, you read that right. These cabbages are smoked to perfection, while being stuffed with Beer, Bacon, Butter, and of course Shane has a secret combination of seasoning. These are smoked for around 3 hours (depending on the size we find at the local produce stand). We love to continue the smoked flavor, not only on the meat of your plate, but the whole plate!

COWBOY BAKED BEANS
This is Kari's Recipe. She takes HomeStyle Baked Beans, adds cooked sausage, peppers, onions, and seasonings. Smokes this tasty concoction for 1.5 hours to get all the juices together! Pairs great with the smoked meats!

KARI'S PASTA SALAD
Kari's version of Pasta Salad, comes with a little bit of onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta, mixed all together with a Zesty Italian mixture. All is topped off with Crispy Bacon .
